Went here to eat before a movie with my family and had horrible service and food. Two of us ordered cheese burgers medium well and the burgers came out well plus. When I told the waiter about this he stated “yes I know I’m sorry”. Well if you knew they were burnt why did you bring them out? My son had a pizza and it was hardly even cooked, almost raw dough. My daughter ordered soup which they failed to bring out. Then when I asked about it they brought it out, only to be the wrong kind. I inquired about the soup and he said we are out of the other. They did comp. burgers but not the soup. My wife ordered chicken caesar salad and got just salad. Horrible, will not go back unless I need a beer and every place else is closed. This happened at the New Town restaurant.
